St. Bernard Sports Shipping Information
Items are shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail based on weight and destination. Non-sale items over $49 are qualified for FREE return shipping within 15 days of purchase.
All expedited shipping orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped out the same business day. Delivery times related for standard ground delivery are usually between 2 and 5 business days. We will email you tracking information once the product is shipped. Ground deliveries do not require a signature and may be left at the ship location. All deliveries will occur Monday through Friday.
If you are returning any items it must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using our free return service generating a UPS label here.
Your return must arrive at our facility no more then 15 business days after the original date of purchase to qualify for free return shipping. Returns submitted after fifteen (15) business days of purchase will be charged a $6.95 restocking fee. We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order. For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you’d rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won’t sell out of the item you want.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For fast service, be sure include your billing address and telephone number with your order. Your credit card will be authorized when your order is placed, although it will not be charged until your order ships.
We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout as payment options.
For international customers, payment and order fulfillment is handled through a third-party company, International Checkout. They offer similar payment options.
Do you price match other stores?
We are proud to offer price matching on our online items. If you find an item cheaper somewhere else within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund you the difference PLUS an additional 5% off. Some exclusions apply; please see Terms and Conditions for details.
The product being price-matched must be identical in size and style, and in-stock at both our store and the competitors'. The price being matched must include any applicable fees, including but not limited to sales tax and shipping costs. To take advantage of this offer, you must contact us before placing your order, or up to twenty-four (24) hours after ordering. *Price matching is not available for Patagonia products, per vendor restrictions.
Your card will be pre-authorized for $1.01 when your order is placed, but payment will be charged only after the order has been shipped. The pre-authorization charge will be removed after shipping.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Since we are based in Texas, only Texas customers are required to pay sales tax.

It is important to factor hours of operation and order processing time when calculating shipping. Our hours of operation are 9:00am – 6:00pm CST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00pm CST are typically shipped same day. Orders placed outside our hours of operation are processed and shipped on the following business day. All orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours during the non-holiday seasons. If you have a particularly time-sensitive order, please contact us.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, containing your order number. Keep your order number for future reference. If you created an account, you can check the status of your order by logging into the “My Account” section of our website. A second email from UPS will be sent containing your tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Absolutely. We are pleased to offer free return shipping for every order, within sixty (60) days of purchase. The item must be unworn and in 'new' condition, with all original packaging and hang tags.

Can I exchange this item for another?
Sure you can, although we have to first receive the item(s) originally ordered before we credit you back. Due to the high volume of web traffic, web items cannot be placed on hold. Returns typically take three (3) to five (5) business days to process and refund once shipped. If you are concerned about the availability of a particular item, we highly recommend placing a new order while your return is pending.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00pm CST are typically processed same day, and all orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours. To avoid delays, please provide the best possible contact information with your order. You will be contacted in the event of an issue or delay.
Please consider our hours of operation (9:00am – 6:00pm CST, Monday – Friday) when calculating shipping time. We do not currently ship orders over the weekend.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your receipt number and order information. Your card has not been charged at this time. When your order has shipped from our store, you will receive an email containing your tracking information from UPS. At that time, the transaction will be complete and applicable payment charged.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped the day they are placed. Shipped packages may be intercepted and re-routed through UPS, but some fees may apply.
We reserve the right to cancel orders based on availability or pricing error. If your order has been canceled, you will be contacted as soon as possible. Don't worry; we can help you find a suitable replacement item and get it to you on time.
Discounted and Free Shipping Promotions
Shipping promotions are only valid in the Continental United States, and are subject to change.
International Customers
We are pleased to offer a shipping option to our international customers through a third-party company, International Checkout. Simply add the items to your cart, and select the “International Checkout” button. You will be redirected to their site, and instructed to enter your information there.
When the order is received in our system, we will ship the item to International Checkout, who will then ship the item to you. Please note: free return shipping does not apply to international orders.

Returns
Our return policy is as follows:
- We provide free return shipping for most items purchased shipped within the continental United States. Items discounted more 25% off of the original retail price are ineligible for free return shipping.
- Returns must be made within 45 days of receiving product.
- Purchases made in December must be returned within 30 days.
- Items and original packaging (shoe box, etc.) must be in new and unworn condition with original tags attached.
- Your return must arrive at our facility no more then 15 business days after the original date of purchase to qualify for free return shipping. Returns submitted after fifteen (15) business days of purchase will be charged a $6.95 restocking fee.
Return Instructions
- Use the Generate Return Label link to easily view and print an electronic return label.
- You can contact us via email or phone to request a return label to be sent. By default, we send electronic return labels to the provided email address, but can print and mail one upon request.
- Pack the item and original invoice in the packaging material in which it arrived. Please do not affix postage directly to merchandise, or original packaging.
- Your refund will be processed when we receive the item.
Exchanges
If you are concerned about the availability of a particular item, we suggest placing a new order while your return is processed. The original purchase will be refunded upon arrival.
Due to site traffic volume, we do not currently allow items to be placed on hold.
Price Matching Guarantee
Simply put, if you find it cheaper (within 24 hours of purchase) we'll refund you the difference, plus an additional 5%. Contact us before placing your order, or within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase to request a price match.
The product to be price-matched must be identical to the one offered by a competitor in terms of style, color, size and season. It must be sold and in-stock in both our store, and the competitor's. The total price to be matched will include all applicable sales tax, shipping costs and additional fees.
The 5% credit is only valid for discrepancies greater than $1. Price matches cannot be combined with other offers, such as gifts with purchase, coupon codes or other promotions. Orders shipped to Texas will have applicable sales tax applied after the price match. Some exclusions apply, such as prices on auction sites (like eBay), gift cards, purchases of more than three of a single item, and items purchased for resale. *Price matching is not available for Patagonia products, per vendor restrictions.
