So i had this jacket in 2007 from local store. quality was superior. it lasted like 4 years of heavy duty wearing.
Now, i decided to buy one more. I bought for myself and for my girlfriend.
My jacket in green was crap. Quality has decreased dramatically. Most irritating thing is that in areas that are not that visible, north face used different fabric. very cheap and ugly looking. so lining of the hood, around zipper, and bottom are all of black color, when jacket is green. Jacket from 2007 had lining done with same fabric as the main shell. Now, jacket feels and looks like cheap knockout from china.
i am returning both jackets and i am not going to buy products from north face.
My girlfriends jacket had lining same color, but again from cheap fabric. Very disappointing. -
