By Amanda - This was my first North Face jacket purchase. I love it! It does run small, I had to exchange for a larger size. It's very warm and I like that it covers my bum. Feathers do pop out once in a while, but that's expected from down jackets. I like that it is thin and packable, but still keeps me extremely warm.
